BHA provides quality affordable housing to low and moderate income residents of Baytown, Texas. Has served this community since 1940. Is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the mayor. Currently operates 112 Public Housing units at Dezavala Courts, Edison Courts, Olive Courts and Sam Houston Place; and manages 833 Housing Choice Vouchers.
